Ten Power Energies was formed by the combination of two companies (Torch Energy, Nigeria and Fundi Uganda firm) and it is established to deliver quality projects timely using international business practices Standard.

The company was incorporated in 2024 through a Joint Operating Agreement by Torch Energy Services (a Nigerian Company) and Fundi Services Limited (Ugandan company) to provide world-class services in our primary industry sectors of hydrocarbons, power, infrastructure, minerals & metals and chemicals, encompassing both Greenfield and brownfield developments.
